The stately Queen Anne Victorian was originally built in 1860 by ship captain Manuel Perry; the home is on Monterey's "Path of History" tour. The quaint residence was renovated in 2010 and transformed into an intimate wedding venue. The beautifully decorated interiors offer a relaxed atmosphere, and ensure you'll have little need for additional décor or rentals.
The Perry House can comfortably accommodate up to 130 seated guests outdoors, and up to 80 guests indoors. The second floor Harbor View Lounge is the perfect place for your pre-wedding preparation. Relax in the plush sitting area and enjoy the balcony view before your walk down the aisle. You may choose to hold your ceremony in the delightful garden, surrounded by fragrant blossoms with the backdrop of the Monterey Bay. Two tenting options are available, just in case Mother Nature fails to cooperate! Alternatively, choose an off-site beach or church ceremony followed by a wonderful Perry House reception.
The festivities commence with a cocktail hour in the Carriage House. With its bar, fireplace, and cocktail seating, your guests can enjoy drink and passed hors d'oeuvres under the stunning stained glass domed ceiling.

The Perry House is an all-inclusive wedding venue. Included with the facility rental are catering and event staff; tables and chairs; china glassware and flatware; linens; and heaters.
